On January 20, 1992, the Board of County Commissioners of Union County, Florida adopted Ordinance No. 91-07, which established the policy of the County to promote equal opportunity to obtain adequate housing by all persons, regardless of race, color, religion, ancestry, sex, marital status, familial status, age, handicap or national origin.
These ordinances are available for public inspection at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, located at 15 NE 1st Street, Lake Butler, Florida, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
Any aggrieved person may file a complaint of a housing discrimination act with the:
